Here is a message from fellow alumni Howard Blohm that appeared at the Facebook group "Dickinson High School '71 Reunion, Etc".
"Thanks to everyone who's invited classmates who are on Facebook to join this group; please continue to spread the word.
We've gotten several suggestions for venues in norther New Jersey to hold an in-person event when the time is right and we've got all our ducks in a row.
We'll have our next virtual get-together to chat a bit and air out our developing plans a week from tomorrow - Thursday, December 9 starting at 6:30 - on Facebook Room through this page. I think I've gotten the bugs out and can initiate the Room through my phone; evidently my laptop still doesn't want to cooperate. If all goes well we will flip over to Zoom half an hour later - at 7PM - to accommodate classmates who may not be on Facebook.
If you have email addresses or cellphone numbers of classmates you know are NOT on Facebook please send me their contact info in Messenger and I will get them the Zoom invitation. We'll try to keep doing a monthly video call for the next few months until we've got a plan or a consensus or get tired of seeing each other's faces, whichever comes first.
