It appears a 50^th high school reunion in 2021 was not meant to be. 

However, all is not lost.  There may still be a reunion in the near future, after COVID is under control.

Howard Blohm has created a public Facebook group titled DICKINSON HIGH SCHOOL ’71 REUNIONS ETC to keep us informed on developments.

As Howard explains -

“Hopefully this group can help spread the word. Interim Zoom calls and ongoing post-reunion discussions and photo sharing welcome. Please feel free to invite other class members.”

Please join this group and spread the word to fellow alumni.

I will post reunion updates and developments, and other items of interest to Class of ‘71 alumni, here for those who are not on Facebook as they become available.

BTW - I have also come across two other Facebook groups you might want to check out.  Both of them “private” groups - you must be accepted by the host to participate.

* DICKINSON HIGH SCHOOL WORLD RECORD REUNION 2022 - “All former students who’ve attended Dickinson High School in Jersey City, NJ are encouraged to join.”

* JERSEY CITY HEIGHTS – HUDSON CITY NJ - “Specializing in hometown memories, reconnecting with old friends, and no politics or religion, please! Town history, favorite old haunts, etc.”
